• ORGANIZATION:  Fiche are organized by county or ethnic group designated on the fiche by a three-letter code appearing at the middle-top of the card.  The code is followed by a hyphenated number.
          EXAMPLE:  Wet 75-6mr
  Cards are alpha-numeric by the complete code / number.
   
• INDEX:  Paper index, F890.5.Z9 R86 1977, provides locator codes to collection.
