Using Your Own Laptop
on the Wireless Network

Western's students and faculty are encouraged to add a wireless networking card to their own PC or Mac.  As the campus wireless network expands you will find the convenience and easy use it brings will make this modest investment worthwhile.

A number of wireless network cards have been tested for use with a variety of laptop computers.  For a listing of tested wireless cards and information about using your own computer on the network pickup an information sheet for your PC or Mac at the Media Desk -or contact the ATUS Help Desk at 650-3333.
