We select the BOQ by a very complicated process.

1. We gather together in secrecy at a location known only by a hamster somewhere in the state of West Virginia.
2. Using Distilled water and moss, we create a mural of Oprah Winfrey
3. Miguel channels the spirit of the Mighty Oprah, who directs him to a call number in our collection.
4. We take the fourth letter of the book title with that call number, then we collect and stack each and every book in the library beginning with that letter.
5. We pick the middle one.
