Export - Output User Selected Format in Text

• Always sort your list first!
• Choose U > Output USER-selected format
• Choose C > CREATE a new file for output
• Enter the fields you wish to export using the same methods used to create a list

  In other words, at the Output Item #1 > prompt, choose any of the fields presented, or use ? to use a different record type

• Choose your field delimiters and qualifiers
• Choose C > Create new file for output
• Give your file a name (realize this file will be created and saved on your III system)
• Output the file to an FTP server
• Transfer the file from your FTP server to your PC (unless you used your PC as an FTP server).
• Import into application of choice, or manipulate the data
