Site also details regulatory information, including background on rulemaking and enforcement. Includes the EDGAR database and tips for investors in regard to the Internet. Note: SEC's EDGAR database requires all companies, foreign and domestic, to file registration statements, periodic reports, and other forms electronically through EDGAR. It has a delay on the release of filing data which ranges from 24-48 hours. The prospectus and proxy filings often contain information on market share and market size.
