    Free registration is required. Click on the funds tab. It provides news about mutual funds, ranked mutual fund performance lists, a mutual fund screener, and educational literature on mutual fund investing.

    This has portals of information on all types of securities including stocks, mutual funds, bonds, and options. It includes company financial reports, stock screeners, historical and real time quotes, stocksplits, IPOs and mergers.

    Provides information on US publicly traded companies. Site also details regulatory information, including background on rulemaking and enforcement. Includes the EDGAR database and tips for investors in regard to the Internet. Note: SEC's EDGAR database requires all companies, foreign and domestic, to file registration statements, periodic reports, and other forms electronically through EDGAR. It has a delay on the release of filing data which ranges from 24-48 hours. The prospectus and proxy filings often contain information on market share and market size.
