Foreign investment advisory service (FIAS) / World Bank This gives in depth FDI reports for select countries as well as resources on Investment climate. Also available are reviews and updates on FIAS projects in: Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Europe and Central Asia, Middle East and North Africa, and Latin America and the Caribbean
GLOBUS & NTDB / United States. Department of Commerce GLOBUS and National Trade Databank (NTDB) is part of STAT-USA/Internet, a service of the U.S. Department of Commerce. These databases provide current and historical trade-related releases, international market research, trade opportunities, country analysis, and a trade library. These databases are only available in Haggard Hall, Wilson Library, and the Parks Hall Lab; they are not available off campus, in campus labs, or on laptops through the wireless network. However, the marketing portion of the NTDB database is free from Stategis.

This is the principle publication of the IMF, and contains country tables for each of its approximately 150 members. It includes data on exchange rates, money and banking interest rates, production, and prices. It also includes world and area tables, broken down by country, containing information on consumer prices, imports, exports, and industrial production. For most series, monthly data is for the current year, but the Yearbook issue also presents some annual statistics over a 30 year span.

It covers an enormous range of industries, products and services, and includes numerous special statistical reports, such as "State Personal Income", "County and Metropolitan Area Personal Income", and "Pollution Abatement and Control Expenditures". Each issue also contains monthly statistics and charts for "Business Cycle Indicators". In the Survey one can find monthly and annual information on such things as manufacturers' unfilled orders, new business incorporations, business failures, and the Consumer Price Index.
