    FindLaw is a Web site that provides access to free legal information, sources and services. The Legal information includes legal search tools, case law (including U.S. Supreme Court decisions back to 1893 and California Supreme Court and Appellate Court decisions back to 1934), legal news, a directory of legal professionals, court forms, real-time SEC filings, community discussion areas and online continuing legal education.

    Search engine which allows you to search for laws from a wide range of sources, including: FCC, FTC, SEC, Library of Congress, US Military Sites and the Federal Judicial Center.

    The Serial Set is an excellent source for primary sources in U.S. History. The U.S. Serial Set includes committee reports, journals, manuals, and administrative reports of both Houses in addition to a variety of directories, orations and special publications. Portions of this collection are also available full-text and fully searchable on the Library of Congress American Memory website.
  • Code of Federal Regulations / United States. Office of the Federal Register
    Location: Haggard 2 - Gov. Inf. Ref. AE 2.106/3:
    The current rules and regulations of the executive branch of the United States federal government. Title 3 contains the president's executive orders and proclamations. In this source, one would find rules and regulations put out by the federal Department of Health and Human Resources here. Use the master index to the set to find regulations of a particular agency or on a particular subject.
  • Federal register
    Published by the Office of the Federal Register, National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), the Federal Register is the official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations, as well as executive orders and other presidential documents.

      To find specific federal laws use the "Popular name index" feature.
  • United States. National Labor Relations Board / United States. National Labor Relations Board
    The NLRB is the primary regulatory body governing union-management regulations. The library has a number of their publications in print form. The web site contains NLRB Rules and Regulations, Decisions, facts, press releases, public notices, and much more. Use this to determine if a company has had any recent disputes with its union where the NLRB was called into mediate.

    Washington State maintains an extensive web site which contains a wealth of economic, demographic and other information.

    An online search tool developed to help citizens find government information. Web documents from around the state, government publications available at public and state libraries, and government information and services maintained by the State Dept. of Information Services are included.
