    This volume "translates" the Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT) and its Supplements into the Holland classification system. "The Holland classification uses six main categories--Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional--to characterize occupations. These main groups are used to form 3-letter subgroups that are useful in assessing the degree of congruence between a person's interests or preferences and any of thousands of occupations."
