What you need to cite a source

When to use:

A bibliographic citation is the information which is used to identify materials in your bibliography or works cited (references) page. You will need this information when citing your sources in your paper. This guide shows you where to find the elements you need to properly cite a source. Please refer to the citation guides and style manuals page to determine how the citation should be written in your paper.

In addition, if you need to acquire a document or book through Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery, the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Service department will need this information to process your request.
