Find Articles (EESP)


Much of the recent research literature is published in journals. If you do not have a specific article you are looking for but want to search for articles on a topic, use the online databases/indexes to help you find where articles on your topic have been published.

Select an Online Database

An online database is an index to journals. You can search within a database for articles on a specific topic. Western subscribes to many index/online databases. Below are some recommendation about which database to choose for certain disciplines.

  • Education
    Databases recommended for topics in education.
Finding the Article

Some online databases/indexes are full-text and you can retrieve the article online. In other cases, you may need to get a copy of the article sent to you from Western.
