Request Reserves from the Music Library

Use this form to submit your course reserves list directly to the Music Library. As of Fall 2008, we will begin placing journal articles on e-reserves. Articles that are available through databases will be linked to and those that are personal copies will be digitized and made available to your students for one quarter. To facilitate this process, please include as much bibliographic information as possible (i.e. author, article title, journal title, vol./issue, year of publication, page numbers).
