Aria Database
The Aria Database is a diverse collection of information on over 1000 operatic arias. Designed for singers and non-singers alike, the database includes translations and aria texts of most arias as well as a collection of MIDI files of operatic arias and ensembles.

Negro Spirituals
Focusing on traditional African American spirituals, this site provides song texts as well as the history of spiritual music accompanied by bibliographic entries for the major performers and composers.

OperaGlass
This site, hosted by Stanford University, is an inclusive resource for locating libretti, historical performances, bibliographic information, and discographies.

University of Tennessee Song Index
Supported by the George F. DeVine Music Library at the University of Tennessee, this song index identifies over 50,000 songs in more than 1,500 published anthologies. While this index does not provide libretti or historical information, it is an excellent resource for locating published versions of specific arias.

IPA Source
IPA Source provides translations with IPA notation of thousands of songs and arias. It can be searched by composer, poet, or song title.

The National Center for Voice & Speech
The NCVS provides detailed information about voice safety, illnesses, and trauma as well as treatments for a variety of voice and throat ailments.

National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS)
The largest national association of teachers of singing, NATS offers a variety of professional development tools including workshops, internship opportunities, master classes, and conferences.

Operissimo
Operissimo is an international database of opera performances. It allows searches of historical and known future opera performances by composer, performer, work, or opera house. The database also includes an index of sound recordings of opera performances.
