Draw your interpretation of Earth Day on the interactive gallery exhibit, Gallery 5 ,Wilson 4, East.
The canvas and drawing supplies are waiting for you, just bring your ideas and artistic talent.
It’s that time of year again! The temperature is rising, the flowers are blooming and the air is smelling a little bit sweeter. Earth Day is right around the corner and rather than celebrating one day, Western Washington University is making a whole week out of it!
University Dining Services is hosting an art exhibit in the library and we want to know what “Earth Day” means to you, but don’t just say it…draw it! Head over to the fourth floor of Wilson Library, just outside of the Reading Room, and draw your interpretation of Earth Day on the giant blank canvas covering the hallway walls! The canvas and drawing supplies are waiting for you, all you need to bring is your ideas and artistic talent. Whether it’s your personal Earth Day pledge or just a simple flower, show us your definition of Earth Day by drawing it on the canvas walls!
The exhibit will be open Monday, April 16th to Friday, April 27th.
