"5 Minute Break Zone" & Yoga this week in the Library
This "Reflection Week" aka "Dead Week",
Prevention & Wellness will host a reflective activity...
Join the Resiliency Team for a chance to reflect on your accomplishments
and participate in a reflective activity on the library Skybridge.
Also, a "5 Minute Break Zone" will be available in Wilson Library 265. Take a few minutes to relax during this busy week of studying for finals or participate in one of the below activites.
Guided Meditation led by the Meditation Club: Mon, Wed, Thurs, & Fri at 2 pm
Kaledioscope Yoga led by the Meditation Club: Tues & Thurs at 1 pm
