Music Materials Circulation Policy

Due to the varied nature of musical materials, many items have different circulation periods than regular monographs. Please refer below for the circulation duration periods for music scores, sound recordings, and music videos.
 
Books & Scores

If you are from the Music Department and are a:

  • Undergraduate student: 21 days
  • Masters student: 90 days
  • Faculty: 90 days

If you are from a different department and are a:

  • Undergraduate student: 21 days
  • Masters student: 90 days
  • Faculty: 90 days

If you are otherwise affiliated with WWU:

  • Library staff: 90 days
  • Campus staff: 90 days

If you are from:

  • Whatcom Community College: 21 days
  • Community: 21 days
Sound Recordings & Video

If you are from the Music Department and are a:

  • Undergraduate student: Library use only
  • Masters student: 3 days
  • Faculty: 14 days

If you are from a different department and are a:

  • Undergraduate student: Library use only
  • Masters student: 3 days
  • Faculty: 14 days

If you are otherwise affiliated with WWU:

  • Library staff: Library use only
  • Campus staff: Library use only

If you are from:

  • Whatcom Community College: Library use only
  • Community: Library use only
