Collection Development Policy Statements for WWU Libraries have been written for academic disciplines, broadly defined. They provide both an evaluation of the current collection and collecting priorities for current and future collecting, based on national reporting standards.
The statements, written by the library's subject specialist librarians, are intended to articulate clear goals for the development of the collections, insuring strong support for the teaching and research programs of the University.
