to combine terms with "and", "or", "not",
and searches keywords in
the title, subject, and contents. Subject searching follows the Library
of Congress subject headings. Authors are searched by name
e.g. Hemingway, Ernest, and literary books are listed by title - The Sun Also Rises.
Serials (magazines, journals, newspapers) are listed by
journal title in the Catalog. To find articles, use online indexes & databases.
MLA
is the premier database for literary topics. Access from "Articles, Search Databases" on the Library homepage.
