Giving to Special Collections

AliceWe welcome gifts of materials, including individual items and collections, that are suitable for our various collections and will work with you to develop a mutually acceptable Deed of Gift Agreement.

We especially seek materials for our Campus History Collection and The Western Collection and are pleased to consider donations that meet the criteria for inclusion in our Rare Book Collection.

For more information on making a gift of materials to Special Collections, please contact us by phone at 360-650-3193, by fax at 360-650-3044, or by email. You can also write to us:

Giving Money to Special Collections

Special Collections is grateful for monetary gifts that enable us to develop, manage, and preserve our collections more effectively.

The easiest way to contribute money to Special Collections is by writing a check, made payable to the WWU Foundation -- Wilson Library, designating the contribution for ``Special Collections.'' Please mail your check to:

The Western Washington University Foundation
Western Washington University, MS9034
516 High St.
Bellingham, WA 98225

On University donation forms that offer the option of designating a contribution for a specific college, department, or program, simply enter "Libraries Special Collections" in the appropriate place.
